Weight Loss Update

I finally have found some time to sit down and write about my life journey and what has been going on for the past few months. A lot has gone on and I don't know where to begin, but I guess I'll start where I left off.

I am officially down to my pre-pregnancy weight! Yessss! It only took a solid year but I'm excited about my results. I stuck to a strict diet and exercise schedule and lost the remainder of the weight I needed to lose. I'm so happy that I'm able to fit into things that I wasn't able to even after I had my baby girl, it feels so great. But, I'm not done. I would like to lose another 30 lbs to get myself in a healthy weight range. My BMI is too high for my height. I'm only 4'11 so my weight goal is 115-120. I'm going to give myself until the end of the year to accomplish this and I want to be able to do it at my own pace. I want to use a combination of different exercise regimen's and diet changes to accomplish this. I am going to try and post some healthy meals, snacks, and shakes to share with you guys when I start.

New goal date is December 2013 and I'm excited to get started. Here a few healthy meals and shakes I have made so far. I'm hoping to post recipes along with some of the healthy choices to share with you guys.
