Sauteed Green Beans Recipe




1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed and snapped
2 Tb of Olive Oil
Garlic Salt/Powder to taste
Dried or Minced Onion
Black Pepper to taste

Instructions: 

Cut or Trim Green Beans 



Heat oil in a wok or pan over high heat. Reduce heat to medium, and place beans in the wok. Cover, and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season green beans with dry ingredients and minced onion. Cook until tender and done.






 Optional: Flip green beans when they start browning slightly on one side and continue cooking until brown and tender on both sides. Offers more flavor infused green beans with the onion and the oil.
