Tis The Season

I absolutely love the holidays. It's so exciting and I love the feel they bring to your spirit. Thanksgiving was great this year. My husband and I got to spend a lot of time with family. We visited his family's home and we ended the day with my family. I got to meet a lot of his family that I haven't met before and a lot of that family got to meet Jayda for the first time. It was awesome. Jayda was all dressed up and ready to meet everyone. She had a blast.

She was so adorable that day. I handmade her bow. I'm so excited about moving into handcrafting things for her. Once I get it down pretty well, I'm hoping to sell my handmade crafts to other people with little darlings. Here are a few close up pics of some my creations and the upcoming Christmas bows.



So we will see how good I can get. There are a lot of different types of bows out there and I'm hoping to learn them. Will post some more pics of future bows I have in mind.

By the way, all of my pictures were taken with my Nikon Coolpix S6000 and I'm loving it. I'm still learning different lighting rules and display options to get the maximum look for computer pics so forgive me if some of the lighting in the pics are dark around the edges. Nikons tend to capture the main subject and give you a sort of dark halo around your picture so that takes some adjusting.
